A traditional dish of Senegal, this is a delicious vegetarian version of the stew

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 onion chopped
1 hot chili pepper
4 potatoes cut into large pieces
2 cup of squash
4 chopped turnips
2 carrots chopped
1 cabbage chopped
2 peeled tomatoes cut into sections
1 bundle of chard
2 cups of tomato sauce
1 cup of natural unsweetened peanut butter
Add salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Add oil to pan and saute onions
2. Saute all vegetables in the pan
3. Add tomato sauce to the vegetables
4. Simmer until all of the vegetables are softened. Mix in the peanut butter and stir until disolved.
5. Simmer again for 10 minutes, then serve over rice.
