Ingredients:
- 16 ounces of grated cheddar cheese

- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pound bacon
Directions:
First fry the bacon in a large pan. Once fried, place the bacon on a paper towel and then chop the bacon.
Add the bacon, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and green onions into a bowl and mix well. Once mixed, create 3 equally sized balls then refrigirate covered overnight.
The next day, roll the cheese balls in the chopped pecans before serving.
