Ingredients:


  • 30 jalapeno chile peppers
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 2 pounds of bacon
  • 2 packages of ground sausage

Directions:


  • Add ground sausage to a pan and fry at medium heat.
  • Place drained sausage into large bowl and mix with the cream cheese.
  • Slice the jalapenos into halves. After removing the seeds, add sausage/cream cheese mix to each jalapeno half. Wrap with bacon and place toothpick through each jalapeno.
  • Place all jalapenos into a baking plate and bake in over at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
