Lovely and tasty little biscuits for a tea party
1 1/2 cup of flour
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup cornflour
1 pinch of salt
1.Mix and beat butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Mix in salt, flour, and cornstarch. Lightly flour a board and knead mixture.
2.Divide in quarters and shape into rolls. Wrap these rolls in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove and cut into slices.
3.Place slices onto a baking sheet and into a 325 degree oven and cook for 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
