Twelve Servings


Ingredients:


1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of butter
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of drippings

Directions:



1. Mix the salt, flour, butter, eggs and milk. Drop a teaspoon of drippings into each part of the muffin tin. Place the muffin tin in a 350 degree oven. Remove the tin and fill each cup 2/3 full with butter when the drippings are hot.br>
2. Bake for 30 minutes until the popovers are puffed up and browned. Serve hot.
