Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 pounds of flank steak
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 small onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of tomato paste
Directions:
Warm the vegetable oil in pan over a medium heat. Then, fry the flank steak, making sure to brown both sides.
Take the steak and place in a cooker. Pour the tomato sauce and beef broth, adding the , cumin, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and tomato paste. Stir all ingredients. Cook on a low heat for 10 hours or high heat for 4 hours. Shred the steak and serve over rice.
