This palatable Czechoslovakian Goulash Recipe is a great addition to your dinner menu
1 lb cut round steak
Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 can of V-8 vegetable juice
3 chopped carrots
10 peeled and cut potatoes
1/2 chopped head of cabbage
1. In a pan, brown the pieces of meat and season with chili powder, salt and black pepper.
2. Add chopped vegetables and V-8 vegetable juice. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
3. Add water as needed. Cook until vegetables are tender and meat is done.
