Oogruk Flippers- The Eskimo Cookbook Recipe
Ingredients:
1 small oogruk
fresh blubber
Directions:
1.Cut the flippers off from the oogruk.
2.Put the flippers in fresh blubber. Let
them stay there for
about two weeks.
3.Take the loose fur off the flipper.
4.Cut flipper into small pieces and eat the meat.
