This Adobong Isda Recipe is light and lovely
2 lb catfish
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 teaspoons of pepper
1 bay leaf
3 teaspoons of oil
1. Place the catfish into a skillet. Add all of the ingredients to the pan, minus the cooking oil.
2. Over medium heat, bring to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer for
approximately 12 minutes flipping the fish over one time. Then place fish on a separate dish.
3. Leave the sauce in the skillet and allow for it to simmer. Pour sauce into a bowl and put to the side.
4. Pour oil into a skillet. Place fish back into skillet and fry until brown on both sides. Place back on serving dish and pour sauce over it.
