Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 1 jar of dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 1 cube of beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 pounds of steak
- Ground mustard
- 1/2 pound of bacon
Directions:
Slice the steak into thin long pieces
Spread the ground mustard on the slices of steak. Then, place the onions, slices of pickle and bacon onto each piece of filet and roll up using toothpicks to hold the roll together.
Melt the butter in a skillet. Place all of the rolls into the heated skillet with butter and saute.
Add one beef bouillon cube into 2 ½ cups of water. Simmer the rolls in the bouillon for 1 hour. Remove and serve.
