A German Meatballs Recipe that will have your dinner guests asking for seconds

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of white wine
2 teaspoons of flour
1 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoons capers
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 pound of potatoes
1/2 head of red cabbage
1 onion
8 ounces ground veal
8 ounce ground pork
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon of lemon peel
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add cabbage, onion, potatoes and cook for a few minutes until tender. Next, add 1/2 cup of water; cook for approximately 10 minutes. Then separately combine the pork, veal, bread crumbs, lemon peel (grated), 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Blend all ingredients well.
2. Take the mixture and make small ball shapes. Cook meatballs in ½ tablespoon of oil and flipping occasionally. Place meatballs in cabbage mixture.
3. Add flour drippings into the pan and add lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of capers, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Then, add 3/4 cup water and bring to a boil. Pour in this mixture over the meatball and cabbage mixture in a saucepan and mix well. Serve.
