Ingredients:
- skewers
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 dash of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix the ground beef, onion, raisins, and parsley. Season the mixture with cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Shape the mixture into 6 sausages, pull onto the skewers and then brush them with oil.
Place the skewers onto hot grill grate and cook for 20 minutes, flipping occasionally to brown all sides. Serve.
