This is a tangy Hawaiian Chicken Recipe
1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast
1 can of cut pineapples
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 green onions
1 1/2 dashes ground ginger
Pinch of red pepper
1 kiwi fruit
Rinse chicken and cut chicken into pieces. Drain the pineapple, save the liquid. Pour the soy sauce and pineapple liquid into a pan and bring to a boil.
Put the chicken in the pineapple/soy sauce mixture. Allow to boil and then reduce heat and bring to a simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Make sure it’s cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Separately, in a pan, combine the green onions, ginger, pepper, pineapple, and kiwifruit. Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until it is warm.
Pour and spread the pineapple mixture over chicken and serve.
