This is a tangy Hawaiian Jerky Recipe, perfect as an afternoon treat

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4 cups of pineapple juice
1/4 cups of soy sauce
1 pound of meat
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, minus the meat, and mix well.
2. Put the meat into the bowl and push to the bottom of the bowl, pour sauce mixture over the layer of meat, and then add another layer of meat on top. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Place in dehydrator for approximately 30 hours.
