Hungarian Beef Soup Recipe is delicious and a perfect meal on a cold winter night.

Ingredients:
2 pounds beef chuck
6 carrots
3 stalks of celery,
3 parsley root
2 parsnips
6 whole cloves
3 onions
3 potatos
5 quarts of water
3 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper corns
Directions:
1. Fry the meat in pot. Add water to the pot and cover until it boils. Add the pepper corns and salt. Allow it to simmer for at least 1 hour. Then, place 2 cloves into each onion. Add the celery, parsley root and greens, carrots, parsnips and onions. Cover and simmer again for about 2 hours. Add the potatoes and cook for an additional hour.
