Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of butter
1 dash of salt
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 dash of nutmeg
Directions:
- First, melt the butter in a pan over a very low heat.
- Add the flour to the butter and mix well.
- Slowly add the milk continually stirring until the sauce has thickened. Lastly, stir in the seasonings.
