Korean Bread Recipe

A wonderfully tasty Korean Bread Recipe.

Ingredients:


5 pound of wheat flour
1 gallon of water
1 pound of malt flour
1 pound of salt
2 pound of red pepper powder
1 pound of soybean flour

Directions:


Add the malt flour into a pot of water and pour the wheat flour into the pot. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat and mix in the fermented soy bean flour. Mix in the hot pepper powder and salt. Lastly, add in the salt.
